Day 1–2
Guwahati → Bomdila
Airport pickup, drive through lush foothills into Arunachal. Tipi Orchid Research Centre, Bomdila monastery visit.
Day 3
Dirang Valley
Dirang Dzong, kiwi orchards, hot springs. Sangti Valley for black-necked cranes in winter. Yak farm visit.
Day 4
Sela Pass (13,700 ft)
Cross the breathtaking Sela Pass · Jaswant Singh Memorial · Sela Lake in snow · Himalayan glacier vistas.
Day 5
Tawang Monastery
Asia's second-largest monastery (founded 1681) · Tawang War Memorial · Urgelling Monastery (birthplace of 6th Dalai Lama) · Craft market.
Day 6
Bumla Pass — India-China Border
A once-in-a-lifetime excursion to Bumla Pass (15,200 ft) on the India-China border. Visit the historic border meeting point, Madhuri Lake (Shungetser Lake), and Sangetsar Lake — breathtaking alpine scenery surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Special protected area permits arranged by us.
Day 7
Tawang to Ziro Valley
Drive to UNESCO-nominated Ziro Valley. Apatani tribal villages, pine-covered valley, paddy field landscape. Ziro Music Festival site (September).
Day 8–9
Ziro & Return Guwahati
Talley Valley Wildlife Sanctuary. Apatani cultural interaction, organic farm visit. Drive back to Guwahati for departure.
