All itineraries, prices and inclusions are confirmed in writing at the time of booking and are subject to seasonal availability of hotels, permits and transport. Dhriti Holidays acts as an agent coordinating third-party services (hotels, drivers, homestays); while we vet every partner, we are not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, road conditions, government permit restrictions or force majeure events. Guests are expected to carry valid ID proof at all times, especially in Inner Line Permit zones. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Because permits and hotel bookings are secured in advance on your behalf, cancellations made 30+ days before departure are refunded in full minus permit/booking fees already paid to third parties; 15–29 days before departure incur a 50% cancellation charge; cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. Date changes are accommodated free of charge, subject to availability, when requested 15+ days in advance. Exact terms for your specific package are confirmed in your booking invoice.
