Day 1
Guwahati → Tezpur
Fly or drive to Tezpur — the gateway to Arunachal Pradesh. Evening at Agnigarh Hill, Mahabhairab Temple, Assamese dinner.
Day 2
Tezpur → Bomdila via Bhalukpong
Enter Arunachal through Bhalukpong. Jungle corridor drive, Inner Line Permit check, Bomdila monastery, local Monpa dinner.
Day 3
Sela Pass (13,700 ft)
Cross the legendary Sela Pass — one of the world's highest motorable passes. Sela Lake, Jaswant Singh War Memorial, alpine meadows. Arrive Tawang.
Day 4
Tawang Exploration
Tawang Monastery (Asia's 2nd largest) · Urgelling Monastery · Tawang War Memorial · Local market. Sunset over Tawang valley from the viewpoint.
Day 5
Bumla Pass — The Border Day
Drive to Bumla Pass (15,200 ft) on the Indo-China border — one of the few places in India where you can stand at the actual boundary. En-route: Madhuri Lake (Shungetser) and Sangetsar Lake — high-altitude turquoise lakes surrounded by snow peaks. Special Protected Area permits arranged by Dhriti Holidays.
Day 6
Return Guwahati
Drive back via Dirang. Hot spring soak, apple orchards, yak farm visit. Overnight in Tezpur, fly or drive to Guwahati the next morning.
